Mahira Khan gets Coronavirus

The Covid-19 infected celebrity is hoping for the best as she quarantines herself

On Sunday, Mahira khan informed her fans about testing positive for the deadly disease and shared the pictures of the note on Instagram that read “I have tested positive for COVID-19. I’m isolating and have also informed all those who were in close contact with me over the last few days.” Although “It’s been rough but it will be ok soon, InshAllah” she added.

She took the opportunity to educate her followers and requested everyone to wear a mask and maintain social distancing as she believes that is “for your sake and others’”.

“Prayers and movie recommendations are more than welcome” she continued.

The famous star is no stranger to Pakistani people who made her way to India. She started her career on screen as a VJ on a private channel, later on, was cast in Shoaib Mansoor’s superhit movie ‘Bol’. Afterward, she gained so much popularity, she even accepted the lead role in ‘Ho Mann Jahann, ‘Bin Roye’, ‘Verna’ and ‘7 Din Mohabbat In’.

Her big Bollywood debut role opposite Shah Rukh Khan in ‘Raees’ movie garnered her tons of praises and adoration from the other side of the border.

However, this fame came with numerous speculations and rumors about herself that she found herself into when she was spotted with the Bollywood heartthrob, Ranbir Kapoor.
