Fawad Chaudhry, the Federal Minister for Science and Technology, lauded Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s good wishes to Pakistanis on Wednesday.
The Minister took to his social media handle, Twitter, and shared his two cents about the Indian Prime Minister’s greetings to Pakistanis.
Indian Prime Minister also sent his best wishes to his counterpart, shortly after Imran Khan was tested positive for coronavirus.
Chaudhry wrote in his tweet that “Peace between Pakistan and India is the guarantor of development of this region.”
He also shared the letter of excellency Modi has written for Pakistan.
But he did not miss the opportunity to highlight the issue of Indian held Kashmir and said, “Peace will only remain a wish if India understands that Pakistan recognizes India’s constitutional right over Kashmir.”

On the occasion of Pakistan’s National Day, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi sent greetings to the Pakistani people.
Modi said in the declaration that as a neighboring nation, India wishes to maintain cordial ties with the citizens of Pakistan.
Indian Premier also adeed “For this, an environment of trust, devoid of terror and hostility, is imperative.”
