At least 39 more Palestinians were killed in ongoing Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours. This brings the overall death toll since October 7 to 41,534, according to a statement by the Ministry of Health in Gaza, as reported by Anadolu Agency on Thursday.

The Ministry’s statement also revealed that 96,092 people have been injured during the continuing assault. In the last 24 hours, Israeli forces killed 39 people and injured 86 others in four separate family massacres.

Rescue operations remain challenging. “Many people are still trapped under the rubble and on the roads as rescuers are unable to reach them,” the Ministry added.

Violations of Ceasefire Calls

Despite a United Nations Security Council resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire, Israel has continued its military operations in Gaza for nearly a year. These attacks follow an initial offensive by the Palestinian group Hamas on October 7.

The relentless airstrikes and bombardments have devastated the Gaza Strip. The ongoing blockade has displaced almost the entire population. This has resulted in struggling with severe shortages of food, clean water, and medicine.

Genocide of Palestinians

Israel’s actions in Gaza have drawn widespread international criticism. The country now faces accusations of genocide at the International Court of Justice, with global observers questioning the scale of destruction and loss of civilian life in Gaza.

The humanitarian crisis in the region worsens daily, as the conflict shows no signs of easing. Despite global efforts to broker a ceasefire and provide aid, the situation remains dire for Palestinians caught in the ongoing violence.

The Road Ahead

As the death toll continues to rise, both the international community and human rights organizations are closely monitoring the conflict. The violence has had devastating effects on civilians in Gaza, with a growing call for urgent action to halt the bloodshed.

The future remains uncertain, with the Gaza Strip in ruins and its people in desperate need of relief. The world watches as the conflict continues to escalate, leaving a lasting impact on both sides of the region.
