Gaza Residents Urged to Ignore Israeli Evacuation Orders
GAZA: The Interior Ministry of Gaza has called on civilians in northern Gaza to disregard Israeli evacuation orders. On Sunday, the ministry urged residents to remain in their homes, claiming that Israel’s designated “safe zones” in southern Gaza are not truly safe.
In a statement, the ministry accused Israel of spreading false information. “Israeli claims about the presence of safe zones in southern Gaza are lies. Israel is committing crimes and massacres in all areas of the enclave,” the statement read. It warned citizens against heeding the evacuation orders and called the threats part of a broader strategy.
The Israeli army, however, has issued new evacuation directives for northern Gaza residents, instructing them to move south to areas identified as “safe zones.” Israel has intensified these orders as tensions rise in the region.

Despite these instructions, Gaza officials remain firm, stating that movement to the south may put residents at even greater risk. The conflict continues to escalate, with both sides issuing contradictory messages about safety and security.
The situation in Gaza remains tense, and residents are caught in a state of confusion. Many fear for their safety and struggle to determine the best course of action as violence persists across the enclave. Both local authorities and Israeli forces have yet to agree on a resolution, leaving civilians in northern Gaza uncertain about their future.
