Case Registered Against Baloch Rights Activist Mahrang Baloch
KARACHI: A case has been registered against Dr. Mahrang Baloch, a well-known Baloch rights activist, at Karachi’s Quaidabad Police Station. Local businessman Asad Ali filed the complaint, accusing her of incitement and aiding terrorist activities. The case includes charges under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
According to the First Information Report (FIR), Dr. Baloch is accused of having ties with terrorist organizations. The report claims she has been misleading educated youth in Balochistan. Additionally, the FIR alleges that she is receiving instructions from foreign enemies to fuel terrorism in Pakistan. Authorities believe she has been using rallies and public events as a cover to support terrorists.
