Liam Payne’s ex-girlfriend, Aliana Mawla, has shared a heartfelt tribute following the singer’s unexpected death.
The 26-year-old, who reportedly dated Liam after his split from Maya Henry in 2022, posted emotional messages on her Instagram Stories on Thursday, remembering her time with the former One Direction star.
In one photo, Liam is seen at a music concert, gazing over a crowd. Aliana wrote, “I’m sorry this happened to you. I will forever love and miss you.”

She shared another snap of Liam’s “L” and “P” tattoos on his hands, with her thumb resting in between. Over the image, she wrote, “Rest in paradise.”
Liam Payne first met Aliana in 2018 while filming the music video for his song Familiar, according to Elle.
The world was shocked when news broke that Liam Payne was found dead outside a hotel in Argentina on Wednesday, October 16. He was just 31 years old.
