Poonawalla’s firm, Serene Entertainment, finalized the deal for ₹1,000 crore. Meanwhile, Karan Johar retained the other 50% ownership and will continue to lead the company’s creative vision as Executive Chairman. Additionally, Apoorva Mehta will serve as Chief Executive Officer. He will work closely with Karan to steer the strategic direction and ensure operational excellence.
