The MDCAT 2024 retake is being conducted today across Sindh under stringent security measures. Prominent centers in Karachi include NED University and the University of Karachi. The paper comprises 200 multiple-choice questions, meticulously prepared and safeguarded to ensure integrity.
Dr. Asif Shaikh, Vice-Chancellor of Sukkur IBA, emphasized the measures in place to prevent cheating or paper leaks. “Special teams have been assigned to oversee the test, and the papers are secured with the highest level of precaution,” he stated.

Entry and Verification Protocols
Authorities have designated specific entry points at each test center to streamline access for candidates:
- Karachi University: Metroville Gate, Maskan Gate, Shaikh Zaid Gate
- IBA Public School Sukkur: Gate No. 3
- Jamshoro Mehran University: Gate No. 2
- Hyderabad Public School Latifabad: Central Gate
- Police Training School Larkana: Main Gate
Candidates must bring their original Admit Slips and one of the following documents for verification:
- CNIC
- Juvenile Card
- Passport
- Matriculation Marksheet
- Intermediate Marksheet
To maintain test decorum, authorities have prohibited electronic gadgets, including mobile phones and smartwatches, within the premises.
