Recent Fire Incidents in Karachi

This fire follows a recent pattern of blazes across Karachi. Nearly two months ago, a massive fire broke out at a furniture market in the city, gutting over 30 shops before being contained. On December 31, a blaze erupted near Kamran Chowrangi in Gulistan-e-Jauhar. Days earlier, a multi-storey building on MA Jinnah Road caught fire for the second time in two weeks.

In another incident, Rimpa Plaza experienced a fire on December 3, which started in a flat on the first floor before spreading to the upper levels. These repeated incidents highlight the ongoing fire safety challenges in the city.
