
Gold prices surged on Saturday, February 22, 2025. The rate for 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs. 1,000, reaching Rs. 308,000. The price for 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs. 857, now standing at Rs. 264,060. 22-karat gold per 10 grams also gained Rs. 785, settling at Rs. 242,063.
International Gold Prices Increase
Gold prices climbed in the international market. The rate of gold per ounce rose by $6, reaching $2,936.
Silver Prices Decline
Unlike gold, silver saw a price drop. 24-karat silver per tola decreased by Rs. 50, now priced at Rs. 3,380. The 10-gram rate dropped by Rs. 43, now at Rs. 2,897.
International Silver Rates Fall
Silver prices also declined globally. The international silver price per ounce dropped by $0.50, now at $32.44.
