A heated exchange broke out between Aleema Khan and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyers outside Adiala Jail on Tuesday. The argument took place when Aleema, sister of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, was leaving after visiting her incarcerated brother.
According to sources, the dispute arose when Aleema directed that only specific lawyers assigned by PTI should be allowed to meet Imran Khan. This led to frustration among some lawyers present at the scene.
Dispute Over Access to Khan
As Aleema exited the jail premises, a confrontation unfolded between her and PTI’s legal team. She insisted that only those officially designated by the party should meet with the jailed PTI founder. Some lawyers, however, objected to these restrictions, arguing that they had a right to consult with their client.

Khan reportedly expressed displeasure over the incident and assured the legal team that he would advise Aleema to avoid further arguments with PTI lawyers.
