He criticized New Delhi for portraying itself as a victim while allegedly engaging in state terrorism in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He argued that such tactics are common among occupying forces, who often misrepresent legitimate struggles for freedom as acts of terrorism.

Sarwani stated that instead of blaming others, India should reflect on its own covert operations. He accused New Delhi of orchestrating targeted assassinations, subversion, and acts of terrorism in foreign countries.
He further claimed that India has actively supported and financed terrorism against Pakistan, aiming to destabilize the region. Reports have previously highlighted India’s alleged involvement in funding extremist groups to create unrest in Balochistan and other areas.

The international community has raised concerns over human rights violations in Kashmir, but there has been little concrete action. Sarwani urged global organizations to hold India accountable for its actions and recognize the struggles of oppressed people instead of accepting one-sided narratives.
