In an unprecedented move, Assistant Commissioner of North Nazimabad Hazim Bangwar has taken the city of Karachi by storm. A singer-songwriter and philanthropist at heart, Bangwar has been working tirelessly to improve education, recreation, and environmental welfare in the city. Despite the lack of progress made by many government officials in the past, the 29-year-old PMS officer has taken it upon himself to make a difference.

Bangwar’s most recent initiative involves using unoccupied government spaces to promote recreational, sports, and fun activities for the residents of North Nazimabad. This unique project was inspired by the work of Karachi Administrator Murtaza Wahab, who transformed an unused space under Cantt Bridge into a vibrantly colored basketball court. Bangwar plans to follow in his footsteps and do the same for his people.

With his striking sartorial and lifestyle choices, Bangwar has paved himself a separate league. He is a once-in-a-lifetime PMS officer serving Karachi with distinction. The people of Karachi have taken notice of his passion and dedication to making a difference in their lives. Hazim Bangwar is a true inspiration and a force to be reckoned with.

The Assistant Commissioner (AC) was observed visiting the site of a project in North Nazimabad with the aim of discussing the work plan.

He proceeded to share pictures of his visit on his Twitter handle with a message that read, “North Nazimabad, you requested this? You’re getting this!” The tweet quickly gained traction on social media, where the young and talented PMS (Provincial Management Service) officer received high commendation for his efforts.
