Saudi Arabia held the funeral prayer for Princess Latifa bint Abdulaziz today, Wednesday. The Saudi Press Agency reported that the prayer took place after the Asr prayer at the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Grand Mosque in Riyadh. The princess was buried at Al-Oud Cemetery in Riyadh.
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman attended the funeral. Princess Latifa bint Abdulaziz was the sister of Saudi King Salman and the aunt of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
The Saudi Royal Court announced Princess Latifa bint Abdulaziz Al Saud’s passing yesterday.
President Asif Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif sent their condolences to the Saudi leadership, the royal family, and the public. They also prayed for her forgiveness and patience for her family.
