GAZA: The situation in northern Gaza is rapidly deteriorating as Israeli forces intensify their bombing campaign, according to journalist Moath al-Kahlout. Reporting live for Al Jazeera from near Kamal Adwan Hospital in Jabalia, al-Kahlout’s broadcast was interrupted by what appeared to be an airstrike.
Shortly after, a van arrived at the hospital carrying wounded civilians, including a bloodied young man, a baby, and a woman. Al-Kahlout reported that children, women, and journalists were among the victims of the ongoing attacks.

“An entire family was killed in the overnight bombings by the Israeli army,” al-Kahlout said, describing the harrowing situation on the ground.
Israeli forces have also dropped leaflets over the Jabalia refugee camp, instructing residents to evacuate their homes. Al-Kahlout noted that this alarming move likely signals further military actions in the area.
As the bombing continues, fears grow that more civilian casualties and injuries are inevitable. The intensified attacks have created widespread fear and uncertainty, with many residents unsure of where to find safety amidst the escalating violence.
