Lahore: Motorway M3 from Lahore to Darkhana was closed owing to fog as the visibility in different areas on the national highway was reduced to 10 meters.
Motorway M3 from Kolahor to Darkhana and M4 from Pindi Bhattian to Sham Kot were closed as the heavy fog continued to reign over national highways in Punjab.
In addition, several areas of Punjab including Patoki, Habibabad, Renala Khurd, Okara, Sahiwal and Harappa remained in the grip of thick fog, since the visibility on the national highway has increased to 10 meters.
On the other hand, the spokesperson of the Motorway Police has urged the citizens to circumvent unnecessary errands.
