Trump all set to launch own social media platform

Since being suspended from Twitter and other outlets, Donald Trump expects to return to social media shortly, using “his own site,” according to a former adviser.

“I believe we’ll see President Trump return to social media in about two or three months,” Fox News’ Jason Miller predicted.

“It’s going to totally redefine the game, and everybody will be waiting and watching to see what exactly President Trump does,” Miller, who served in senior positions in each of Trump’s presidential campaigns, said.

Trump’s provocative usage of social media was a distinguishing characteristic of his administration when he accumulated 88 million Twitter fans and regularly used tweets to slam his opponents, announce staffing changes, and announce major policy adjustments.

However, after using his @realDonaldTrump handle to invite people to attend the protest that turned into the violent storming of the US Capitol on January 6, Twitter permanently suspended his account.

Other big websites, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat, have either temporarily or indefinitely blocked Trump.

The former president has largely maintained a low profile since leaving Washington and returning to his Mar-a-Lago vacation home in Florida, releasing only sporadic press releases.

Trump, on the other hand, has been hard at work, according to Miller.

He continued, “This new channel will be huge, and everybody wants to be a part of it. He’s going to attract tens of millions of users to this online website.”

Miller did not offer any further details, nor did he say whether he would be directly involved.
