Pakistani famous actress, Meera has been reportedly termed ‘mentally unwell’ and has been admitted to the mental health facility during her trip to the United States after her mother confirmed on Wednesday.
Local media outlets are alleging that Meera’s mother, Shafqat Rubab, assaulted an American doctor when she was demanding preferential treatment for her fever after getting the COVID-19 vaccine.
Meera had demanded special attention, according to a story by Dunya News, saying that the Prime Minister had provided her procedure.
The doctor referred the actor to mental health authorities after hearing his allegations, and she was reportedly committed to a rehab hospital for two days.
Her mother also asked Pakistani authorities including PM Imran Khan to get the actor back to the country safely while speaking to the news channel.
