Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif leaves for Egypt as he plans to attend the Summit on climate change.

The international Summit known as COP27 is happening in Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt on coming Monday and Tuesday.

This summit deals with global warming, climate change, and measures that every nation must take to control climate change.

140 leaders from all over the world will attend this conference where they will make 5 minutes speech to address climate change and their stance on it.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif will also attend this conference in Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt.

He left for Egypt on Sunday to attend the Climate Implementation summit. He posted on Twitter saying, ‘leaving for Egypt #COP27.’

In his tweets, he also urged the world leaders to support the developing countries in their fight against climate change.

He said, ‘without financial support, the developing countries will continue to remain exposed to the multifarious threats of climate change. We are asking for climate justice.’

Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also attend the summit alongside PM Shahbaz.

PM Shahbaz is scheduled to meet several world leaders during this summit.
