Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan will take a break from acting as he wants to focus on his friends and family.

The perfectionist of Bollywood, Aamir Khan has decided to take a rest for a while from his acting career. The actor has been working diligently for 35 years.

The actor was last seen in his film ‘Laal Singh Chadda’ which was a remake of Hollywood Oscar-winning movie, Forest Gump.

The film received mix reviews but it did not create the magic on Box office as was expected. The next film Aamir Khan is working on is ‘Champions’, but he is just playing the role of producer for that movie.

About his acting break, Aamir said, “When I am doing a film as an actor, I get so lost in that that nothing else happens in my life. I was supposed to do a film after Laal Singh Chadda called Champions. It’s a wonderful script, a beautiful story, and it’s a very heart-warming and lovely film. But I feel that I want to take a break, be with my family, with my mom, my kids.”

He further added,  “I feel I have been working for 35 years and I have single-mindedly been focused on my work. I feel that it’s not fair to people who are close to me. This is the time I feel I have to take some time off to be with them, and actually experience life in a different way.”

The actor has not revealed how long the break would be but the fans wish him all the best for his venture.
