Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) desires to remove CM Punjab from his position through a vote of no confidence

Imran Khan held his most anticipated long march on Saturday in Rawalpindi in which he announced that PTI plans to exit all assemblies.

The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) is an alliance between different political parties of Pakistan including the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPPP), Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), JUIF, and ANP, etc.

PDM parties are thinking about two options. One is to file a motion of no confidence against CM Punjab, Parvez Elahi.

The other option is to ask Governor Punjab Baleegh ur Rehman to ask CM Punjab to get his vote of confidence.

According to the first option, PDM will have to get 186 votes to remove Parvez Elahi as the Chief Minister of Punjab.

In case of second option, the Governor Punjab will ask CM Punjab to maintain his position by getting votes from the assembly.
