Tehreek e Taliban (TTP) has been carrying out several attacks in Pakistan which resulted in a number of casualties. Pakistan’s government does not contend with this situation.

Now the Secretary of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres mentions that the Taliban should stop doing terrorist attacks on its neighboring countries.

In one of the press conferences, a reporter asked the UN Chief about the cross-border terrorist attacks from the Afghan side to Pakistan.

In his response, he said, “We consider that it is absolutely essential for the Taliban not to allow any form of terrorist activity that might have an impact in relation to Pakistan, as in relation to any other country of the region.”
