Disney’s D23 Expo thrilled fans with the exciting announcement of “Frozen 3,” set for release in 2027. Jennifer Lee, Disney’s chief creative officer, made the announcement and unveiled visual development art featuring Elsa and Anna on horseback, hinting at new adventures in the kingdom of Arendelle.
Lee, who wrote and co-directed the first two “Frozen” films, both of which won Oscars, will return for the third installment alongside co-director Chris Buck.
