COAS Emphasizes Inter-Service Collaboration

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir visited, on Thursday, a Pakistan Air Force (PAF) air base. He attended the ongoing multinational exercise Indus Shield-2024. During his visit, he emphasized the critical importance of inter-service collaboration. He believes that teamwork is essential for achieving operational success.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that General Munir received a warm welcome. Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu greeted him. Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf was also present. This collaboration demonstrates the unity among Pakistan’s armed forces.

A Major Multinational Exercise

General Munir noted that Exercise Indus Shield-2024 is the largest multinational exercise in the region. The exercise features participation from 24 esteemed air forces. The objective is to foster interoperability and training. The exercise utilizes state-of-the-art facilities and operates under the motto, “Stronger When Together.” This motto reflects the spirit of cooperation among the participating nations.
