Emergency Calls and Post-Mortem Findings

Hotel staff reported Payne’s extreme intoxication and property destruction before the fall, prompting emergency calls. Investigators have seized electronic devices, including Payne’s laptop, and reviewed over 800 hours of security footage from the hotel. The National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office in Buenos Aires has also conducted nine raids and collected testimonies from hotel staff, friends, and medical professionals.
