“We even traveled to Nepal for the New Year and performed puja at Pashupatinath Mandir together,” he said. “These things happen between couples, but they are stronger than ever and will always stay together.”

Speculation grew after reports claimed the couple was living separately. The lawyer clarified that Govinda had purchased a bungalow across from their apartment when he became an MP, primarily for official purposes.
“He sometimes holds meetings there and occasionally stays overnight,” Bindal explained. “This doesn’t mean they live apart.”
Sunita’s Comments Taken Out of Context
Sunita Ahuja’s recent interviews added fuel to the rumors. However, the lawyer dismissed the controversy, stating that her words were misinterpreted.
“For instance, when she said, ‘I don’t want Govinda as my husband in my next birth,’ she also added that she wanted a son like him,” he clarified. “Similarly, when she said ‘he was with his own Valentine,’ she meant he was busy working.”
Sunita on Their Living Arrangements
In an earlier interview, Sunita addressed why Govinda spends time at their bungalow while she and their children stay in their apartment.
“We have two homes. My temple, kids, and I are in the flat, while Govinda often stays at the bungalow due to his meetings,” she said. “He loves talking and can sit with ten people for hours. Meanwhile, my son, daughter, and I have a different routine.”
