Naqvi listened to concerns raised by young cricketers, particularly regarding fitness challenges and dietary planning. In response, he issued immediate directives to improve training facilities and provide access to all cricket academies nationwide. He emphasized the need for specialized diet plans to enhance physical endurance and on-field performance.

The PCB chairman also stressed the importance of experienced trainers for conditioning emerging players. He assured the young cricketers that the board remains committed to their growth and development.
