The “Road to Makkah Karachi” preparations are now in full swing as the Saudi immigration team arrived at Jinnah International Airport today to finalize arrangements for Hajj pilgrims ahead of the 2025 season.

Saudi Officials Arrive for Pre-Hajj Operations

Flying in from Islamabad, Saudi immigration officials were warmly received by Karachi airport management. Their arrival marks the final phase of preparations under the Road to Makkah initiative, designed to streamline immigration formalities for pilgrims before they even depart Pakistan.

Starting April 29, Saudi immigration processing will take place at eight specially designated counters at Jinnah International Airport.

Streamlining the Hajj Experience

Earlier, a larger 45-member Saudi immigration delegation had touched down in Pakistan, welcomed at Islamabad International Airport.

This initiative not only saves pilgrims valuable time upon arrival in Saudi Arabia but also reduces congestion and improves travel efficiency during one of the busiest seasons for air travel between Pakistan and the Kingdom.

Nationwide Coordination for Hajj 2025

In parallel, Pre-Hajj 2025 coordination meetings have successfully concluded at major airports, including Islamabad, Multan, and Peshawar. Representatives from all relevant agencies participated, reaffirming their commitment to deliver seamless services.

Stakeholders agreed on security protocols, facilitation plans, and operational strategies to ensure that pilgrims experience minimal inconvenience at all touchpoints.

Full Readiness for Pilgrims’ Departure

With immigration teams now deployed and coordination finalized, Pakistan’s preparations for Hajj 2025 are nearing completion. Authorities have pledged full support to guarantee a safe, organized, and spiritually fulfilling journey for all pilgrims embarking on their sacred voyage.
