Jemima Goldsmith has accused the Pakistani government of waging a personal vendetta against her children, claiming they have been denied contact with their father, Imran Khan, and threatened with arrest if they attempt to visit him in prison.
Phone Access Denied, Arrest Threats Issued
The statement follows remarks by Prime Minister’s Adviser on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah, who warned of possible arrests if Khan’s sons joined any PTI-led protests in Pakistan.

She emphasized that although Khan remains in jail, “he is free,” adding that he intends to lead the movement from behind bars. “We are prisoners despite being outside,” she said.
Sons Speak Out Internationally
In May, Suleman and Kasim Khan spoke publicly for the first time about their father’s condition. They had been granted weekly contact since November 2023, but the calls were inconsistent and hard to schedule.
In an interview with influencer Mario Nawfal, the brothers said they had exhausted legal options and now sought global attention. “We want international pressure on Pakistan. He is living in inhumane conditions and denied basic rights,” Kasim stressed.
The call for global support marks a turning point in their efforts to secure Khan’s release and expose the alleged political targeting.
