Israeli forces kill 11 Palestinians in Gaza since dawn, with strikes reported across the besieged enclave. Among the dead are four people who had gathered to receive aid, highlighting the worsening humanitarian crisis as hunger and displacement intensify under Israel’s blockade and bombardment.
Aid Seekers Among the Dead
Al Jazeera Arabic reported that Israeli attacks since early morning have killed at least 11 Palestinians across the Gaza Strip. Four of the victims were aid seekers who had gathered near distribution points, where desperate families risk their lives to access food and supplies.
Amnesty International published new testimonies from displaced Palestinians, stating that Israel is “carrying out a deliberate campaign of starvation” in Gaza. Witnesses described hunger, fear, and the collapse of communal solidarity as survival becomes the only instinct.

Testimonies of Hunger and Desperation
Abu Alaa, a 62-year-old man displaced from Jabalia refugee camp, told Amnesty he survives on a single meal of lentil soup daily. Bread, he said, is only available once a week, and fruit has not reached his table in months.
“I can tolerate the hunger, but children cannot,” he said. He described the chaos at aid sites where crowds scramble for survival. “In the past, we used to support each other, especially those in need. Now people are just led by the instinct to survive.”
Nahed, a 66-year-old Palestinian, echoed this despair. He said the situation near aid points has “denied people their humanity.” He recalled seeing bags of flour stained with blood after Israeli forces opened fire on desperate civilians.
“The experience of hunger and war has changed Gaza completely; it has changed our values,” he said.
Elderly and Vulnerable Left Behind
The crisis has taken a devastating toll on the elderly and sick. Aziza, 75, said she has become “a burden” on her family after displacement. She requires a wheelchair, adult diapers, and constant medication for diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart problems.
“With the high prices and shortages, I’ve had to take expired medicine,” she said. “I always feel like the young children deserve to live more than I do. My grandchildren should have the chance to survive, not be burdened with me.”
Israeli Settlers Bulldoze Land in Masafer Yatta
In the occupied West Bank, Israeli settlers escalated tensions by bulldozing land in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron. Videos verified by Al Jazeera show settlers using heavy machinery to carve new roads under the protection of Israeli forces.
Local Palestinian outlets said the work is linked to preparations for a new settlement outpost. This development follows the Israeli government’s July request to its High Court to demolish at least 12 villages in Masafer Yatta and forcibly expel residents.
Human rights groups argue that such demolitions are part of a systematic Israeli policy to displace Palestinians. The Israeli army, however, has claimed the land is needed for a military training zone.

Plans to Evacuate Gaza City
Meanwhile, Israel’s military chief has confirmed plans to “evacuate” Gaza City residents within two months ahead of an expanded ground operation. Channel 12 reported that Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir told officials the evacuation would push civilians to “humanitarian areas.”
Once evacuations are complete, Zamir said, the army will “surround Gaza City, enter it, and occupy it.” He added that the military will attempt to reduce reliance on reserve forces during this operation.
These remarks come as Israel reportedly holds talks with several countries—including Uganda, South Sudan, Libya, and Indonesia—about resettling Palestinians outside Gaza. Human rights groups condemned the discussions, warning that such measures amount to forcible displacement, prohibited under international law.
Humanitarian Crisis Deepens
The killing of 11 Palestinians since dawn adds to the soaring civilian death toll in Gaza, where hunger, displacement, and relentless bombardment have reshaped daily life. Testimonies of starving families, bloodstained food sacks, and elderly people left without proper care illustrate a crisis that goes beyond war, amounting to what rights groups call a deliberate policy of collective punishment.
As international pressure grows, the question remains whether diplomatic interventions can stop the cycle of death, displacement, and despair gripping Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.
