Ducky Bhai, one of Pakistan’s most popular YouTubers, is under fire once again after claims emerged that the lavish house he presented as his own was actually rented. Already facing legal troubles over alleged promotion of online gambling apps, the vlogger is now accused of misleading millions of followers about his supposed property purchase.
Viral Claim of Buying a Dream Home
Earlier this year, Ducky Bhai uploaded a vlog on YouTube claiming he had purchased a bungalow in DHA Lahore worth Rs10 crore. The video quickly went viral, drawing thousands of congratulatory messages from fans who celebrated his “milestone achievement.”
The vlog showcased the grand property, and Ducky proudly described it as his “dream house.” He invited friends to celebrate and presented the purchase as a symbol of his success as a digital creator.
Real Estate Agent Calls Out Deception
However, Lahore-based real estate agent Armaghan Rana has publicly refuted Ducky Bhai’s claim. In a recent interview, Rana stated that the YouTuber never purchased the bungalow but rented it under a signed contract.
“Ducky Bhai rented this house from us. He lied to his audience by saying he bought it. These are kids and youngsters who trust him, and he misled an entire generation,” Rana said.
According to Rana, the contract began in June 2025 for 11 months, with monthly rent set at PKR450,000. He further revealed that the property is a newly built one-kanal house in DHA Phase 7, finalized after several late-night visits.
Breakdown of the Rental Agreement
Rana provided specific details about the deal. Ducky Bhai’s wife, Aroob, visited the house multiple times before finalizing the agreement. The couple paid Rs2.475 million in cash, covering one and a half months’ advance rent and three months’ security deposit.
“When I heard him call it his dream house, I laughed,” Rana recalled. “A dream house is something you buy. He didn’t buy it. I have the contract to prove it.”

Reaction After the Vlog
The real estate agent shared how he realized the extent of the deception only after Ducky Bhai’s vlog went live. “The day his video came out, my relatives said he bought a house. I told them, ‘No, we just rented it to him.’ When I saw the vlog myself, I was shocked at how openly he lied.”
Rana accused the vlogger of fraud, saying that the landlord would never have approved the arrangement if they had known the house would be falsely portrayed as a purchase.
Pressure to Delete the Exposé
Rana further alleged that people from Ducky Bhai’s inner circle attempted to pressure him into deleting his own video response. “Many of his close contacts tried calling me. I ignored them. Later I found out they wanted me to take my video down. Even his wife Aroob called, crying, and begged me to delete it, saying, ‘Whatever you want, we’ll agree.’”
Despite the pressure, Rana stood firm. “My only purpose is awareness. These YouTubers are fake, and children waste time following them. Parents later thanked me for exposing the truth because their kids demand things after watching such vloggers.”
Growing Criticism of Influencers
The controversy comes at a time when public trust in influencers is under increasing scrutiny. Parents and educators frequently raise concerns that exaggerated lifestyles promoted by YouTubers mislead young audiences and create unrealistic expectations.
By showcasing luxury purchases that may not exist, critics argue that influencers like Ducky Bhai fuel consumerist pressures and distract youngsters from education and real careers.
Silence From Ducky Bhai
As of now, Ducky Bhai has not responded publicly to Rana’s allegations. The lack of clarification has fueled speculation, with fans divided between defending him and demanding accountability.
The controversy adds to the vlogger’s mounting troubles, with his arrest earlier this year over alleged promotion of gambling apps already tarnishing his reputation.
