Selena Gomez recently released her documentary ‘My Mind and Me’ opening up for the first time about her mental health and hauntings she faced since a young age.

On 4th November, the mega popstar Selena Gomez released her much anticipated documentary called ‘My mind and Me’ speaking about her mental health and dealing with public life.

The Rare Beauty Founder revealed the highs and lows of her life in this documentary.

Selena also opened up about her bipolar disorder.

In an interview about her diagnosis she said, ‘I felt it was freeing, having the information.’

She further added that, ‘it made me really happy because I started having a relationship with myself.’

The ‘Come and Get it’ singer addressed her bipolar condition in a positive manner saying that ‘Now I live with it and I don’t suffer from it.’

Selena Gomez suggests that she made this documentary to normalize the importance of mental health illness.

She wanted to make aware that it demands attention and time like any other illness.

Selena’s Bestie Taylor Swift Lends Her Support for Documentary

After the mega pop star and actress Selena Gomez released her documentary ‘My Mind and Me’, her best friend Taylor Swift jumped in and lend her support.

The Midnights album singer Taylor Swift is best friend of Selena Gomez for more than a decade.

In an interview with Rolling Stones, Selena said that she struggles to make friends in Hollywood.

She further added, “I never fit in with a cool group of girls that were celebrities. My only friend in the industry really is Taylor Swift.”

The Blank Space Singer took to her Instagram to promote the film of her best friend.

She shared a picture of her bestie Selena Gomez’s documentary with a heartfelt caption saying, ‘So proud of you Selena. love you forever.’
