The finals of T20 World Cup ended with England winning the trophy and Pakistan winning the support and hearts
Australian stadium, Melbourne cricket ground witnessed a nail-biting match between England and Pakistan today.
England took the winning trophy home as they became the T20 World champions. England won the game through their outstanding performing.
Pakistan did not win the match but was also applauded for its worked up performance.
Green shirts gave the target of 138 runs which seemed quite less as for the game’s format but England still struggled to chase the target because of Pakistan’s bowling spell.
The injury of Shaheen Shah Afridi at the crucial moment completely changed the game according to cricket experts.
England’s Stokes scored brilliantly and gave England its victory.
However, the fans from all over the world congratulated both the teams and praised Pakistan’s performance in the finals.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Shareef congratulated the team for reaching finals. He said, “we are proud of our boys in green for making it to the final match of this mega tournament.”
