Dania Shah who is ex-wife and widow of late popular Pakistani TV personality, Aamir Liaquat Hussain was denied bail by the court today.
A couple of days ago, FIA arrested Dania Shah from Lodhran on charges of spreading obscene video of her husband, Aamir Liaquat.
Dania Shah’s advocate, Liaquat Gabol in previous hearing, appealed to the court that Dania Shah should receive bail because she is innocent. The charges pressed on her are not accurate because she did not leak any video of Aamir Liaquat, and she is being framed.
However, today the Judicial magistrate East, Mukesh Kumar rejected all bail appeals from Dania Shah.
Moreover, Advocate Liaquat Gabol mentioned that Dania Shah should be granted bail because it is not clear who made the video and who leaked it online.
On the other hand, FIA prosecutor stated that the issue is not about who made the video but it’s about who posted it online, and Dania Shah on multiple occasions has mentioned that she posted the objectionable video of Aamir Liaquat Hussain online.
