Karachi customs officers seized 1.25 kilograms of marijuana at the International Mail Office (IMO) in Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) in a major anti-narcotics effort. The Collectorate of Karachi Customs, led by Collector Adeem Khan and Additional Collector Muhammad Faisal, intercepted a suspicious parcel booked from Bangkok by an individual named Thanuphoon. Although declared as dried food and addressed to a Karachi resident, further examination revealed 1.25 kilograms of raw marijuana. Customs and IMO staff confirmed the substance through an on-spot test.
