As monsoon alert conditions intensify, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast more rain and thunderstorms across the country.

Islamabad is likely to experience partly cloudy skies with chances of rain and wind-thundershowers on Thursday and Friday. The PMD has predicted a 40% chance of rainfall on both days.

On Thursday, isolated heavy rainfall is likely in parts of Upper Punjab and Southern Balochistan, shifting towards Kashmir and Southern Balochistan on Friday.

Monsoon Activity to Intensify
Authorities have advised the public, especially farmers and travellers, to stay alert and take preventive steps as the weather evolves.
