Karachi: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said, Thursday, that the people of Kashmir and the region are entitled to peace.
Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Lahore Garrison.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations ISPR, during the visit, the Army Chief addressed the officers on professional matters.

During the visit, the Army Chief stated his stance on peace restoration in Kashmir while talking about the internal and external security situation of the country.
According to ISPR, during his address, the Army Chief apprised the officers of the latest situation in Occupied Kashmir.
The Army Chief further stated that they are ready to face the challenges of hybridization.
COAS also informed the officers of the latest developments on the situation in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (II0J&K).
He said that “our firm commitment for a just resolution of Kashmir issue in line with the aspirations of people of Kashmir.”
