The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and franchises face challenges in arranging the remaining 20 fixtures.

The remainder Pakistan Super League (PSL) season of six tournaments is likely to occur in September or November owing to the lack of an appropriate window in March or June.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the franchises, according to reports, face difficulties in arranging the remaining 20 matches of the event after being deferred due to Covid-19 cases between players and support staff officials.

One of the alternatives was to stage the matches at the end of March, but it would be in dispute with Pakistan’s tour of South Africa. PCB agrees that extending an international series isn’t going to be a smart thing to do, though it doesn’t want to spoil its relationship with Cricket South Africa either.

Chartered flight has also been booked for the Cricket team so the possibilities of the tournaments occurring in March are next to zero.

June is also an available option, but the high temperature throughout that time of year in Pakistan and the uptake of England players could be a major obstacle in this regard due to the Vitality Blast that begins on June 9th. Even, after taking part in the Indian Premier League (IPL) which ends on May 30, foreign players will be tired.
